Apply coatings evenly and sparingly — thanks to suede microfiber

Innovacar's "Micron Suede" is a suede microfiber cloth (200 GSM) for the even, economical application of ceramic coatings and nano-sealants. Because it absorbs very little product, you distribute the expensive coating evenly instead of wasting it. It is not a cleaning or drying cloth — it does not absorb enough for that.

Innovacar "Micron Suede" is the microsuede cloth for coating application. Unlike highly absorbent plush microfiber, the smooth suede fabric absorbs only a little liquid — and that is exactly the advantage when applying coatings: the product remains available on the surface instead of disappearing into the cloth, allowing it to be spread thinly and evenly. Edgeless and ultrasonically cut, without seams or labels. This means for you: no coating waste, an even film without streaks, and no hard edges on the freshly coated paint.

• Economical, even coating application. The low-absorbency fabric keeps the product on the surface — you distribute it thinly and evenly. Practical: more applications from one expensive bottle of coating.
• Ideal for ceramic and nano-sealants. Exactly the tool for controlled, thin layers. This means for you: no risk of high spots from having too much product in the cloth.
• 200 GSM, edgeless, laser-cut. Fine microsuede without scratching edges. In everyday use: safe on sensitive, freshly polished paint.

Practical tip from Detailing1: When coating, we wrap the "Micron Suede" around an applicator block and work panel by panel in cross-hatch patterns — this distributes the product evenly and you can immediately see which area has already been treated. Important: A coating-soaked suede cloth is a disposable item. The nano-chemistry hardens in the fabric and makes it stiff — dispose of it after use, do not wash and reuse.

Application: Around the block, drip on coating, cross-hatch patterns

Wrap the "Micron Suede" around an applicator block like the "Foam App Block", add a few drops of coating, and apply in thin cross-hatch patterns — e.g., "SINH" Hybrid Coat or "SINH" Top Coat.

Limitations: Not an absorbent cloth

The suede fabric is intentionally low-absorbency — it is the wrong choice for removing polish residue or drying. For that, use the plush "Micron Buffing" or the "Micron 2Face".

Note: Disposable item

Coating-soaked cloths harden and cannot be effectively washed. For unused cloths: machine wash at max. 30 °C with "SM" Micron Shampoo.
