COLOURLOCK Nubuk Fresh (Chrysler) is a special care dye for rough-textured suede, nubuck, and velour surfaces in Chrysler leather interiors. Unlike Leather Colour or Leather Fresh, Nubuk Fresh is not intended for smooth pigmented leather — the formulation is designed to preserve the fine fiber structure of suede and prevent it from sticking together.

Brush dry, spray, work in the direction of the fibers

Nubuk Fresh (Chrysler) is sprayed evenly onto the suede from a distance of 20–30 cm with a spray bottle and worked in the direction of the fibers with a soft brush. After drying, brush again for the typical velour look.

Before care, the suede is brushed dry with a soft suede brush or fine brass brush to remove dust and stubborn dirt. Then it is wet cleaned with a special suede cleaner and allowed to dry completely. Only then is Nubuk Fresh (Chrysler) sprayed from a distance of 20–30 cm — do not let puddles form, distribute immediately.

The color is worked into the direction of the fibers with a soft suede brush or fine brass brush until the pigmentation is evenly distributed. After 30–45 minutes of drying, the leather is lightly brushed again so that the fibers stand up and the typical velvety-matte velour look is created. A 250 ml bottle is sufficient for about 4–5 care applications on mid-range vehicles with Alcantara steering wheels and suede seats.

On smooth pigmented leather, Nubuk Fresh would adhere unevenly because the typical fiber structure is missing — the care would appear patchy rather than even. If the Chrysler vehicle has genuine suede seats, an Alcantara steering wheel, or velour door panels, Nubuk Fresh is the only correct care. If the interior consists of pigmented smooth leather, then Leather Fresh (Chrysler) or Leather Colour (Chrysler) is used.
