How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs for orders within Germany start from €3.90 for DPD, €5.90 for DHL, and €7.90 for UPS. The actual costs will be calculated at checkout.

From what order value is shipping free?

For orders over 89€, we offer free shipping within Germany with DHL. For orders below this amount, shipping costs of 5.90€ for DHL and DPD and 7.90€ for UPS apply per order.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the current delivery status of your shipment and know exactly when it will arrive.

How long do I have to return an item?
