What is COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh for Bentley? — The water-based leather care dye combines care and light color refreshment — ideal for regularly used Bentley leather interiors without extensive preparation.

COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh (Bentley) is a pigmented leather care dye that nourishes and simultaneously compensates for minor color loss in one step. The care dye is based on original Bentley color samples and is formulated to blend harmoniously into existing surfaces. Perfect for the regular care of pigmented smooth leather without the effort of a complete repair.

• Care & Color in one – Saves a step — cares and refreshes simultaneously.
• Original Bentley colors – Factory-accurate color samples for seamless transitions.
• Quick and uncomplicated – No sanding, no top coat absolutely necessary.

💡 Practical tip from Detailing1 workshop: We use Leather Fresh in our workshop as standard care for every detailing — even if the leather still looks okay visually. 100ml is enough for a complete set of seats including the steering wheel. Moisten a microfiber pad evenly, work it in with circular motions, then polish with a second pad. Looks like new after 5 minutes.

Care Routine in 15 Minutes per Pair of Seats

Leather Fresh (Bentley) is applied as a care routine every 6–12 months — work in with a microfiber pad, polish with a second pad, done. One application takes about 15–20 minutes per pair of seats.

Before application, the leather is washed with leather cleaner and wiped damp. After a short drying time, a microfiber pad is moistened with about 3–5 ml of Leather Fresh (Bentley) and worked evenly into the leather surface with circular motions. Immediately polish with a second dry microfiber pad until the typical matte-velvety OEM sheen appears.

The water-based care dye penetrates the uppermost pigment layer and simultaneously seals the fiber. Unlike professional Leather Colour (Bentley) repair, neither filler, sanding, nor top coat are absolutely necessary. For heavily used areas such as seat bolsters or steering wheel, top coat can also be applied, extending durability to 18–24 months. A 100ml bottle is sufficient for about 2–3 complete care applications.

Care Yes, Repair of Deep Damage No

Leather Fresh (Bentley) is the care variant for minor visual imperfections — faded sheen, dull spots, superficial color loss. Deeper abrasions or cracks require the repair stage.

The care dye is formulated to penetrate and refresh the intact pigment layer. However, if the layer is worn through or cracks are present, Leather Fresh cannot cover the damaged area — the fiber becomes visible there and absorbs the color unevenly. Suede, velour leather, and Alcantara are cared for with Nubuk Fresh (Bentley), as their rough fiber structure requires a different carrier solution.

If the leather is only faded or appears dull, Leather Fresh is the quickest and most cost-effective solution — about 4–5 Euros per care application. If, on the other hand, there are deep abrasion marks or cracks, Leather Colour (Bentley) with filler and top coat is used. Both products are based on the same original Bentley color samples and can be combined.

For Regular Care Without Workshop Tools

Leather Fresh (Bentley) is the care solution for private customers, frequent drivers, and leaseholders who want to regularly refresh their Bentley leather — without sanding, filler, or workshop tools.

The easy application in 15 minutes per pair of seats makes Leather Fresh the standard care for every interior detailing. Those who maintain their Bentley vehicle two to three times a year will keep the leather looking new permanently and prevent the typical abrasion marks on seat bolsters and the steering wheel. A 1-liter bottle is sufficient for about 30–50 complete care treatments for a mid-range vehicle.

For heavily worn seats with visible abrasion or for complete detailing before sale, Leather Colour (Bentley) or the Leather Care Set (Bentley) with all components should be used. However, those who want to regularly care for rather than restore can manage with the 100ml bottle or the 1-liter container of Leather Fresh.
