COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh for Range Rover: conditioning color cream for factory-true refreshing

What is COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh for Range Rover? — The water-based leather care color combines care and light color refreshing — ideal for regularly used Range Rover leather interiors without extensive preparatory work.

COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh (Range Rover) is a pigmented leather care color that conditions and simultaneously compensates for minor color loss in one step. The care color is based on original Range Rover color samples and is formulated to blend harmoniously into existing surfaces. Perfect for regular care of pigmented smooth leather without the effort of a complete repair.

• Care & color in one – Saves a step — cares and refreshes simultaneously.
• Original Range Rover colors – Factory-true color samples for seamless transitions.
• Quick and uncomplicated – No sanding, no top coat strictly necessary.

💡 Practical tip from Detailing1 workshop: We use Leather Fresh in our workshop as standard care for every detailing job — even if the leather still looks okay visually. 100ml is enough for a complete pair of seats including the steering wheel. Evenly moisten a microfiber pad, work in circular motions, polish with a second pad. Looks factory new after 5 minutes.

Care Routine in 15 Minutes per Seat Pair

Leather Fresh (Range Rover) is applied as a care routine every 6–12 months — work in with a microfiber pad, polish with a second pad, done. One application takes about 15–20 minutes per seat pair.

Before application, the leather is washed with leather cleaner and wiped damp. After a short drying time, a microfiber pad is moistened with about 3–5 ml of Leather Fresh (Range Rover) and worked evenly onto the leather surface in circular motions. Immediately polish with a second dry microfiber pad until the typical matte-velvety OEM sheen appears.

The water-based care color penetrates the top pigment layer and simultaneously seals the fiber. Unlike professional Leather Colour (Range Rover) repair, fillers, sanding, or top coat are not strictly necessary. For heavily used areas such as seat bolsters or the steering wheel, Top Coat can be additionally applied, which extends the durability to 18–24 months. A 100ml bottle is sufficient for about 2–3 complete care applications.

Care yes, repair of deep damage no

Leather Fresh (Range Rover) is the care variant for minor optical defects — faded sheen, dull areas, superficial color loss. Deeper abrasions or cracks require the repair stage.

The care color is formulated to penetrate and refresh the intact pigment layer. However, if the layer is worn through or cracks are present, Leather Fresh cannot cover the damaged area — the fiber becomes visible and absorbs the color unevenly. Suede, nubuck, and Alcantara are cared for with Nubuk Fresh (Range Rover), as their rough fiber structure requires a different carrier solution.

If the leather only appears faded or dull, Leather Fresh is the quickest and cheapest solution — about 4–5 Euros per care application. If, on the other hand, deep abrasion marks or cracks are present, Leather Colour (Range Rover) with filler and top coat is used. Both products are based on the same original Range Rover color samples and can be combined.

For regular care without workshop tools

Leather Fresh (Range Rover) is the care solution for private customers, frequent drivers, and leaseholders who want to regularly refresh their Range Rover leather — without sanding, filler, or workshop tools.

The simple application in 15 minutes per seat pair makes Leather Fresh the standard care for every interior detailing. Those who maintain their Range Rover vehicle two to three times a year keep the leather optically like new and prevent the typical abrasion marks on seat bolsters and the steering wheel. A 1-liter bottle is sufficient for about 30–50 complete care applications on a mid-range vehicle.

For heavily used seats with visible abrasion or for a complete detailing before sale, Leather Colour (Range Rover) or the Leather Care Set (Range Rover) with all components is used. But those who want to regularly care for rather than restore will get by with the 100ml bottle or the 1-liter container of Leather Fresh.

Care instructions for leather dye (Range Rover):

Leather Fresh (Range Rover) is the care option for minor visual imperfections — faded shine, dull areas, superficial color loss. Deeper abrasion or tears require the repair stage.

The care dye is formulated to penetrate and refresh the intact pigment layer. However, if the layer is worn through or there are tears, Leather Fresh cannot cover the damaged area – the fibers will become visible there and absorb the color unevenly. Suede, nubuck, and Alcantara are treated with Nubuk Fresh (Range Rover), as their rough fiber structure requires a different carrier solution.

If the leather only appears faded or dull, Leather Fresh is the quickest and most affordable solution — about 4–5 Euros per application. If, however, there are deep abrasion marks or tears, Leather Colour (Range Rover) with filler and top coat is used. Both products are based on the same original Range Rover color samples and can be combined.
